Service Overview
- Service Coverage:
1. Failure of antenna equipment, satellite modem, and cabling.
2. Misalignment of the satellite antenna, including misalignment caused by natural disaster.
- Service Period:
The maximum maintenance service of the satellite equipment is limited to 6 years from the date of installation. Conditions apply. Please contact us for more information on the IPSTAR extended warranty service and conditions or refer to the Terms & Conditions in the application form.
- Monthly Charge:
Monthly service charge is ¥2,000 for 1st-6th year (excluding tax)
