1. Service plan above excludes the IPSTAR equipment (satellite dish + user terminal).
2. The company reserves the right not to refund the installation fee and service charges once the customer has signed for acceptance on the installation form.
3. IPSTAR reserves the right to restrain/adjust/cancel any service in case an unusual large amount of data transmission or misuse of the subscribed package is detected.
4. Installation fee includes two 30-m. RG 6 cables.
5. Prices above exclude taxes.
6. In case that the daily Internet usage by the customer exceeds the usage threshold, IPSTAR reserves the right to automatically reduce the transmission speed by 75%. For example, the 1024/512 kbps package would be reduced to 256/128 kbps speed. The subscription speed will be reverted back during midnight after the day of which the speed reduction is triggered.
7. IPSTAR is designed to allocate the receive channel larger than the transmit channel. Therefore, the overall speed of your IPSTAR link may be affected when used for web or mail servers that require more data transmission than data reception, or applications that require continuous transmission of large amount of data.
