Congratulations! Dr. Nongluck Phinaintisart, President of Shin Satellite Public Co. Ltd., recently embarked on her two-year term as president of the Asia-Pacific Satellite Communications Council, based in Seoul, South Korea.

IPSTAR opened Representative Office in Hanoi, Vietnam
Shin Satellite recently inaugurated a new IPSTAR Representative Office in Hanoi, Vietnam. Opened on January 15, 2006, the office will facilitate IPSTAR service deployment and support for its partners and customers in the Vietnam market.

IPSTAR Gateway System Receives Upgrade
